Suzy is an energetic and passionate public speaker, coach and executive who has nearly two decades of experience delivering bold ambitions within large multi-national organisations. Up until 2015, Suzy worked for Accenture and led the strategy and implementation of some of the most progressive inclusion and diversity, employee engagement and talent initiatives in the UK.  The programmes under Suzy’s leadership have achieved national recognition including Stonewall #1 on the Workplace Equality Index, Top Ten rankings from BITC for Race and Gender, and Top Ten in the Business Disability Forum Index. Prior to leading Accenture’s people programmes, Suzy worked with clients Microsoft, Dell, BT and Lloyds Banking Group to successfully deliver strategic change programmes.  Outside of work, Suzy lives in south London with her daughter Lydia, and husband Anthony.  Suzy is an avid beach volleyball player, yoga practitioner, lover of gardening and the great outdoors.  She also sits on the board of the Women’s Sport Trust, helping to transform funding, role models and media coverage for women in sport.

Jo Swinson

Jo Swinson is a former Liberal Democrat MP and during her tenure was appointed the Minister for Employment Relations and Consumer Affairs in the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills and Minister for Women and Equalities. Former Deputy Leader of the Scottish Liberal Democrats, Jo chaired the All Party Parliamentary Group on Wellbeing Economics, the All Party Parliamentary Group on Body Image and was a co-founder of the Campaign for Body Confidence. She has also previously been a Liberal Democrat spokesperson on foreign affairs, equality, Scotland and the arts. Jo was a member of the Environmental Audit Select Committee from 2007-2010, and a member of the Speaker’s Conference from 2009-2010 which looked at ways to increase the number of women and BME MPs.

One of the first MPs in the UK to use Twitter, Jo is also active on Facebook and has her own YouTube channel. Before entering Parliament, Jo worked as a Marketing Manager for a number of companies, latterly the Glasgow-based company SpaceandPeople. Jo helped the company win awards including Best E-Business at the Scottish Winners at the Web Awards 2003. Outside politics, Jo enjoys running; she completed the Loch Ness Marathon in 2007 and the London Marathon in April 2011. When she can find the time, Jo also likes reading, hiking, and ceilidh dancing. Jo is married to fellow Liberal Democrat MP Duncan Hames.

Mark Brown

Mark Brown helps executives become more effective leaders. An American based in Europe since 1994, Mark has worked extensively as a facilitator, leadership consultant, executive coach and university professor across Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with individuals of 67 different nationalities. Mark holds an MBA from Solvay Business School (ULB) in Brussels, an MA from SAIS / Johns Hopkins in Washington, D.C., a diploma in Latin American politics and economics from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a BA from the University of Florida. A highly-experienced executive coach, he holds a PCC from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA). He has published various articles on executive coaching, leadership development, and business strategy. Mark resides in Portugal and works comfortably in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is conversant in French and Slovak.

Meg Mann

Meg Mann is a Master Certified Coach, coach trainer and an international leadership facilitator.  After a successful legal career in the US,  Meg moved to Slovakia and served as the American Bar Association’s liaison there, working with Slovak ministries, the Parliament and local judges and attorneys to assist in the establishment of the rule of law.  From 1995 through 2001 Margaret and her husband developed and delivered management-training programs in Central Europe and Russia for KPMG,  and has worked with executives from 70 different nationalities. Meg has served on the faculty of the Solvay Business School of the Université Libre de Bruxelles and the Boston University Graduate Center Brussels.  She has also delivered training programs to The European Commission and the European Parliament.   Meg is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the International Coach Federation, and is a European leader of the Strategic Executive Coach Alliance.  She is credentialed as a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and has served on global committees for ICF. A native of the US, Meg has lived in six different countries and now lives with her husband in Lisbon.

Geoff Morris consults for InclusIQ based on his background in senior leadership positions within Barnardo’s and Wooden Spoon, where as CEO he more than trebled turnover in the five years of his leadership. Before moving to Scotland he organised the 800th anniversary celebration events for Cambridge University. Since moving north of the border, he has primarily worked for the University of St. Andrews, Stirling University, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and Scottish Enterprise. He led the first ever CanDoScale Scotland team that brought MIT and Harvard Entrepreneurship academics to work with over 70 SME’s in Scotland aiming for rapid business growth. Using his background in charity leadership, he also advises third sector organisations on governance, strategic planning, sustainability and fundraising as well as best practice on community engagement and disability issues in the workplace. At InclusIQ, he also advises clients on matching their community social responsibility work to their diversity goals.

Michelle is an executive coach with a passion for inclusivity and a change management consultant with 30 years of international experience. She is a strengths based coach who coaches her clients around their ‘gifts and talents’; not around their gaps. She is an effective change leader, helping her clients design change strategies that engage hearts and minds. Michelle has an MA in Organisational Behaviour from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Business from University of Maryland. She is at ease with the challenges of the cross-cultural, diverse environments, which characterise today’s global business world, and works effectively with different functional, educational and cultural backgrounds. She is on the Advisory Board of PWN-Global (Professional Women’s Network), a non-profit dedicated to promoting the progress of professional women and changing corporate cultures to embrace gender balanced leadership. She is a mentor to the myHRCareers network and volunteers for the UK branch of the Change Management Institute (CMI).

She is qualified in MBTI, DISC, SDI, Motivational Maps and the Emotional Intelligence Profiler. Uniquely, she is skilled in ‘graphic recording’– a process that uses graphic illustrations to record learning in real-time during events or workshops to embed key lessons, deepen engagement and participation, engage visual thinkers and generate creativity.
