CEO & Founder

Suzanne Doyle-Morris is the Founder of InclusIQ Ltd. It was her experience leading Female Breadwinners, that made her increasingly convinced that it will take senior men, not just women, to achieve a fairer, more competitive and more enjoyable workplace for everyone. Suzanne’s clients have included Accenture, BAE Systems, Barclays, Citibank, Clifford Chance, EDF Energy, HP, Hogan Lovells, Morgan Stanley, Old Mutual Group, Pinsent Masons, Sanger Centre, Tesco, Unilever, University of Cambridge, UCL and Trinity College Dublin as well as various industry associations. She routinely facilitates and leads sessions at a range of FTSE 100 companies. 

Suzanne received her Ph.D from the University of Cambridge, where she focused on the experiences of women working in male-dominated fields. She is author of Beyond the Boys’ Club: Strategies for Achieving Career Success as a Woman Working in a Male Dominated Field and Female Breadwinners: How They Make Relationships Work and Why They are the Future of the Modern Workplace. Suzanne is a Fellow of both the Professional Speakers Association and the Saltire Foundation. She is accredited by the International Coach Federation and is interviewed regularly by the press for her views on workplace diversity issues.

David Toy

David Toy

Product Manager

David leads on product development. He earned his MEng in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Strathclyde in Glasgow before completing an MPhil from the University of Cambridge in Manufacturing & Management. In between consultancy work, he honed his skills with an executive MBA programme with the Saltire Foundation at Babson College in Boston, Massachusetts. David has a history of consulting for technology start-ups and has been instrumental in several successful project roll-outs. He is the interface between client needs and technical development; ensuring what gets designed gets done.

When not bridging the gap between client requirements and technical practicalities, David enjoys sailing, skiing and cycling. A recent convert to road biking, he is slowly becoming more comfortable being seen in public while dressed in lycra, top-to-toe.

Chris Brind

Chris Brind

Lead Technology Developer

Chris has as Masters Degree in IT from the University of Liverpool along with over 15 years IT experience across various industry verticals, including telecoms, government, financial services, credit management and retail banking. He specialises in enterprise Java, cross platform desktop application development and mobile solutions while leading development teams and designing solution architectures. Chris has helped to deliver projects ranging in value from £1,000 to £5m and practices agile methods to deliver exactly what is required in a timely manner.

Andrew McCallum

Andrew McCallum

Junior Developer

Originally hailing from Belfast, Andrew is in his final year of Computer Science at the University of St Andrews. In his time there, he developed a keen interest in user-centred design and the ways in which intelligent design in technology can improve quality of life. In particular, he’s fascinated by the way small details can hinder a customer’s experience. He loves how small tweaks to the system can improve flow and transparency.

Digital Illustrator

Maria moved to Edinburgh from Canada to study at the Edinburgh College of Art, where she earned her MA in Illustration in 2014. Whilst there she won Regional Winner for Student Employee of the Year 2014 for her work on the Gather festival. She’s fascinated by the way illustration can be used to simplify social justice issues, which makes her a perfect fit for InclusIQ. In her spare time, Maria dabbles in graphic design, comics, animation, and children’s books.

Operations Lead

As Operations Lead, Wendy is responsible for the day-to-day smooth operation of the company. Juggling social media, blogging, website maintenance and the many other tasks that keep her busy means having to be uber organised, making it possible for other members of InclusIQ to function efficiently. There’s never a dull moment in a growing team! Having set up and run her own business while caring for her three daughters, Wendy is well aware of the challenges that start up companies experience, as well as the challenges and rewards of maintaining both a successful career and a work-life balance.
