WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US
The games brought to life nuanced and complex issues being faced by employees and employers who are seeking to overcome cultural and social barriers to increasing diversity. The way the games are constructed using drawn characters, rather than ‘real life’ actors makes the situations and characters universally relatable, and really allowed the delegates to imagine the situations and what we would do in a way that felt much more risk-free and natural than other methods of delivering the same kind of awareness and training. I highly recommended InclusIQ as one of the leading UK players in this field who are helping companies overcome challenges in an innovative, exciting, and engaging way.
The unique format of a games workshop allowed us to identify different types of behaviour in an easily relatable way and without fear of being ‘wrong’. The event was seamless, informative but also entertaining. The room was buzzing confirming it was a great success. I’d recommend the games workshop to any organisation looking to tackle these themes in a more innovative and thought provoking manner.
Suzanne delivered a highly engaging and thought-provoking workshop using InclusIQ’s innovative digital games to 40 attendees of a BCSWomen event. The unique online game format encouraged us to consider how to call out bad behaviour, to handle difficult conversations. She introduced the topic in an approachable way, ensuring that the session was interactive, and – rather importantly – that no-one in the room felt like the villain in this gender-focused event. The games based format did a super job of getting everyone to take part, and I was impressed with Suzanne’s ability to combine light-heartedness and humour with a serious topic. The feedback we received was outstanding and we’d have Suzanne or a games based workshop back in a heartbeat.
There workshops use group gaming and discussion to engage participants in the complex issues around inclusion and diversity. The games combine an impressive and sophisticated understanding of the problems with a simple and effective delivery mechanism to prompt behavioural change.
I like the new online tool, particularly the Graduate Recruitment scenarios.
The game highlighted a number of the challenges faced by firms and recruiting partners in relation to diversity and inclusion – not all of which can be addressed by a “quick fix”. It was a great catalyst for further discussion and sharing of practice with those attending the workshop.

Dr. Suzanne Doyle-Morris, founder of InclusIQ, message was very powerful and simple, “no one cares as much about your career as you do!” Suzanne gave our group some very practical and actionable ideas to help progress their careers, and some very personal advice regarding balancing their work and home life. It was a terrific session and we are looking forward to having Suzanne come back!

I cannot praise Dr. Suzanne Doyle-Morris, founder of InclusIQ, highly enough. She is extremely personable, knowledgable and real. Straight talking but full of useful career advice. I wish I had been fortunate enough to have known Suzanne when I was starting out in my career. Read her book, attend a workshop or work with her. This is the best career move you will ever make.
Suzanne was a tremendous help in preparing us for the challenges and benefits of a mentoring programme and the feedback was extremely positive, with the most common comments being ‘knowledgeable, very engaging, insightful and inspiring.’ She created an engaged audience – helping us think and reflect; making a real difference to our culture.
We recently completed an 18 month pilot of an Executive level mentoring programme. With Suzanne’s support we achieved the success factors we’d identified up front and demonstrated the benefits of continuing to invest in formal mentoring focused on increasing diversity at senior levels.
The mentoring game provided a springboard far beyond a normal discussion. The different pathways meant whichever way the group navigated, they found interesting learning points about what it takes to manage mentoring relationships. It was a fun way to frame the discussion!
We have been impressed by the results of this collaboration. Our values and aims align well with those of InclusIQ, and we found their experts patient and attentive to detail in the development process. We now have two products that we use regularly, and receive good feedback from our clients. They enhanced our workshops and helped refresh our approach to some challenging topics. Overall, we have developed a sound partnership with InclusIQ which will definitely continue as we develop more games together.
The workshop was even better than I’d expected, a really innovative mix of technology and live discussion, The game was fantastic in immediately sparking interaction, and helped people see the negative consequences of even well-intended mistakes, as well as how to avoid those choices in the future. It got people sharing their own experiences and perceptions from the start. I’d definitely recommend it!
