  • Weekly 60-minute group coaching sessions focused on confidence and resilience topics

  • Weekly expert-led video lessons
  • Community building with like-minded professionals
  • Final reflection and celebration session
  • PLUS as many individual coaching sessions with Dr. Suzanne Doyle-Morris as required.

The 60-minute sessions focus on a progressive curriculum, including identifying saboteurs, managing self-limiting thoughts, leading with empathy, shifting mindset, activating goals, and sustaining momentum.

The saboteurs refer to 9 limiting mindsets forms, such as the Controller, Hyper-Achiever, Pleaser, Victim, and other self-doubt patterns. All are ruled by "The Judge".
